What the role is about:
The Senior Customer Service Manager will be responsible in ensuring that customers are satisfied at all times. Duties include supervising and managing the customer service team, training staff members to provide the highest standards of customer service and ensuring that all company policies are followed.
You'll be successful in this role if you have:

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN LIGHTING INDUSTRY AND AUSTRALIAN MARKET

Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a customer service position

Proficiency in Google Suite and customer service software

Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools

Experience leading front-line teams

Advanced technical troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
