Position: Virtual Assistant/Appointment Setter Target Rate: $4-6/hr USD Commission Based only?: No Hours per week: 20-30 Remote?: Yes Company name: Dragon Roof, Australian Client Shift: Starts at 7am Brisbane Time, from Mon-Fri. Target Start Date: ASAP
Position Requirement: • Excellent English communication skills, both writing and oral, with no strong accent • No background noise • Experience in qualifying leads and setting appointments • Experience in customer service and handling phone calls • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure • Have regular access to a high-speed, stable internet connection • Willing to undergo our standard recruitment process [Read more by clicking the GForm link above.]
Responsibilities: • Call customers/leads, qualify them, then book their appointments • Liaise between customers, management, and tradesmen • Manage multiple calendars • Manage tradesmen schedule and allocate jobs • Sort and manage emails and tickets using Zendesk • Other administrative tasks, as needed. Preferences (not required) • Experience as a receptionist in roofing and/or roof restoration companies is a plus • Experience working with Australian clients is a plus
