Description/Information:

• Appointment setting with potential tenants
• Ads creation and posting
• Responding to inquiries through email, Facebook & various listing sites
• Facebook group moderation
• Coordinating home showing appointments
• Coordinating with rental assistance agencies
• Scheduling inspections
• Facilitate the move-in process
• Ad hoc tasks

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 6 months experience in Property Management or Real Estate
• Well experienced in handling phone calls (90% of tasks)
• Detail oriented, organized & knows how to prioritize tasks
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
• Excellent liaison skills
• Can-Do Attitude
• Has initiative and can think on their own
• Trained in a fast-paced work environment
