Job Description:

• As an operation Virtual Assistant you will be tasked with performing essential transportation tasks. Tasks include quoting customer requests, scheduling pickups, tracking shipments during transit, locating trucks, among other tasks.
• Respond to customer rate requests
• Scheduling pending shipments
• Call in pickups
• Track and trace existing shipments
• Locate Available Equipment
• Shipment updates to sales and customer
• Complete Carrier Packets

Job Requirements: • EXCELLENT written and verbal English communication skills • Must be Filipino and based in the Philippines • Willing and healthy enough to do graveyard shifts. • College Degree preferred but not required. Undergraduates may apply • Experience in BPO preferred but not required. • Must Meet All System Requirements listed on our website • Must Pass our training!
