Guys, how can I send a dispute form to BPI? If so, what is the process? I have a double charge for my debit card in the grocery.

Come directly to the bank and ask for customer service to do the rest of the work.
Call customer service inform that you need to file a dispute for double charge.
You just call BPI and then trace it. It's been 3-5 businessdays before your money goes back.
