Recently I received an email from PayPal, telling me that my account is limited: "You can no longer use PayPal".
They still contains money from my last pay. What am I supposed to do with this situation? I really need the money.

This may be spam. Better email or do query on paypal to confirm.
I received the same email. Don’t click on any links it has. Check your paypal first. Mine is still activated and okay.

I don’t think that’s a paypal official email address. Don’t click any links in that email. Go to paypal web or app to check your account.
Before they limit your account they are asking for documents and bank account statements. Yes that is legit. If you fail to submit, your account will be permanently limited. And yes that is a legit email from paypal.
You are now a permanent ban. You have to wait for 180 days before you can get it if you still have funds there. You're lucky if you still get it, hopefully. Because most of the time, it's already ty. Either the red flag found it in your account or someone disputed then you lost.
