JOB TITLE - CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (CRM) TYPE OF POSITION - FULL TIME WORK TIME ZONE - AUSTRALIAN EASTERN STANDARD TIME SALARY: $4-$7 PER HOUR (SUBJECT TO EXPERIENCE) REPORT TO: SUPERVISOR & DIRECTORS

Job Description: We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we’d like to meet you.

Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers by being the face of our Client Relationships.

Responsibilities for Relationship Manager:

  • Create and enforce coaching plans that will help meet the needs of customers
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
  • Point liaison to facilitate all coaching and membership packages
  • Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
  • Onboard new clients to membership and coaching packages
  • Communicate consistently with all clients ensuring high level customer service
  • Notify the team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities
  • Become familiar with the competition and clients to stay ahead of them
  • Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices
  • Create strategies and work with clients
  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image
  • Be a team player and strive for personal and professional growth

Qualifications for Relationship Manager

  • Intuitive to customers needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent communication with clear, fluent english
  • Ability to carry out Zoom meetings and phone calls
  • A background in customer service or sales is a plus
  • Must understand customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
  • Ability to work well with others and lead a team
  • Knowledge of math and numbers
  • Attentive to detail and organised
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
  • Outgoing, bubbly, relatable, not shy.

This role is work from home, and there are minimum requirements for equipment and specs to ensure quality of work and communication. Whilst the hours are flexible subject to our clients needs, we expect timelines adhered to on all tasks. Your hours could vary from 30-50 hours per week - the work is there, but only if you want it - hence the flexible hours.

The hourly rate is $4 - $7 AUD per hour (subject to experience). A probation period is required.
