Candidates must have the following:
- Relevant experience working for a telco and/or financial account in a contact center and/or shared services environment.
- Reliable internet - minimum 10mbps WIRED internet connection and backup internet of at least 5mbps
- Must have a headset with noise-canceling feature
- Computer with at least 4GB RAM, i3 equivalent or higher
- Noise-free work environment
- Willingness to work on a graveyard shifting schedule
