We are a podcast production agency. We are seeking a virtual assistant who can support with podcast guest outreach and booking.

Responsibilities will include:

• Taking a guest profile from a strategist and executing the following steps to book guests
• Researching potential companies and avenues to find ideal guests or target companies
• Identifying guests on Linkedin by hand
• Sourcing email lists through our vendors
• Cleaning up email list data
• Loading email lists into a cold email software
• Sending out cold email campaigns and Linkedin campaigns to schedule guests
• Handling responses from campaigns and scheduling guests onto Calendar
• Utilizing Calendly and setting up events for each guests show

Managing and owning the entire guest booking process from beginning to end

You will be working at first under our CEO as we build out this function. This will start as a part time role on an hourly basis and ramp up to a full time position based upon performance. As the first word of your cover letter write the word 'moist'.
