Rate: 34,000 - 37,000 PHP month - 40hrs per week work from home. Salary and hours negotiable depending on experience
We are looking to put on an experienced book keeper / accounts receivable team member to help us with invoicing, book keeping payroll and general administration work. Monday to Friday Australian Eastern time zone
Responsibilities:
- Sending out invoices
- Collecting payments
- Contacting overdue accounts
- Payroll
- Creating and cleaning up itemisation lists
- Reviewing profit and loss statements for opportunities and anomalies
- Balancing and reconciliation
- Creating financial reports
- Quarterly projections
- Documenting accounting processes and creating standard operating procedures
- Using our processes and documentation to onboard new clients
- CRM management and email marketing
- Conducting market research and exisiting client net promoter scores and client satisfaction
- High level attention to detail
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant, book keeper or CPA
- Proficient in the English language written and spoken.
- 2 years experience with xero cloud software
- Use of ServiceM8 project management software an advantage
- Use of HubSpot CRM and email marketing.
- Must have stable and reliable internet and electricity services
Experience with working at an accounting firm or a large corporation in this particular role is an advantage.
You will be guided by our team through voice recordings, video conference meetings, email communication and outcome debriefing as well as our current standard operating procedures and workflows as well as work together to constantly improve our processes.
