Hi guys, I'm always feeling sleepy which is affecting my work. I am feeling the tiredness which can be slow when it comes to work. Even sometimes I sleep enough. Any recommendations of vitamins that can help for energy boost, avoid sleepiness and stress? Highly appreciated your recommandations, thanks!

I strongly recommend physical exercise po. kc khit meron kang tinitake n supplement, kailangan prn ntn gumalaw galaw para mas magcirculate ng maayos dugo ntn. pede nyo po isingit kpg off nyo. at least 30mins during your off. pilitin nyo lang po muna isingit ang magexercise hanggng s masasanay n kyo sa routine. bsta ang mahalaga, sapat ang tulog ntn.
Papawis rin minsan and more water, Im taking Fern D and Fern Active. Check mo sa google or facebook ang benefits and effects nito sa katawan natin. I find really effective.
Ako po e umalis sa room na naka ac kase lalo akong inaantok. Then kape and nag nenetflix ako. Tapos pag as in sobrang antok na..iisipin ko lahat ng bills ko...gising n gising na ulit ako 🤣😊 12mons nalang kase fully paid ko na yung carloan kong Everest! Yey!
Probably sounds counter intuitive pero minsan kasi pag 8 hours ang tulog mo or more, tendency is you will feel more sleepy. Try mo mag experiment sa sleep mo like try sleeping 7 or 6 hours lang and feel the difference. Ako kasi I dont feel sleepy when I get 6 hours but super antok ako pag lumagpas na.
Another thing is yung quality of sleep mo. It is important na hindi interrupted yung tulog mo otherwise aantukin ka pa din tlga.

I feel that too especially when I don’t exercise and di naaarawan. I dont only feel sluggish, affected din creativity. So yes, exercise and sun. At first mapapagod tlga katawan mo pero after 3 to 4 workouts, parang bagong tao ka na. ❤️🤗😅
Aside from vitamins, work out din regularly. Yung enough lang to wake you up, not super barag. You’ll see the difference, parang mabubuhayan ka. 🙂
