Hiring Operations Manager!

Your Responsibilities: 👉 Manage daily operations and processes of the company 👉 Build systems to streamline operations, including development of our CRM (Zoho) 👉 Handle client and VA-based support and issues, including client and VA retention 👉 Objectively manage all operations and support staff and hold them accountable 👉 Continuously improve support systems for proactive client and VA check-ins 👉 Develop company-wide communications, including, but not limited to, engagement between VAs and clients 👉 Implement feedback system for positive online testimonials 👉 Manage VA medical insurance via HMO provider 👉 Manage client billing and VA payroll 👉 Engage with new hires and new clients, sharing best practices and company orientation 👉 Manage onboarding and offboarding systems for new clients and VAs 👉 Ensure VAs report to shift on-time via automated clock-in system 👉 Track VA leaves and absences 👉 Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 👉 Proactively communicate with team members about potential challenges

Requirements 🤓 Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, ideally in the work-from-home industry 🤓 Hands-on experience with organizational effectiveness and operations management 🤓 Familiarity with Zoho CRM and related products (Zoho One, Zoho Invoice, etc) 🤓 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 🤓 Fluent in English 🤓 Excellent organizational skills 🤓 Be able to build strong client and VA relationships 🤓 High emotional intelligence 🤓 Fearless drive and motivation 🤓 Absolute team player 🤓 Ability to work independently 🤓 Ability to work under high pressure 🤓 Ability to produce quality output on time
