Summary: Lead and coordinate all marketing initiatives to increase engagement and sales. Strategic planning and execution of all content for social platforms, email marketing, online shop, digital advertising, and blogs. Manage all marketing and social partnerships. Also, connects and communicates with public figures, collaborative businesses, media outlets, etc to meet growth goals Coordinate, create, and analyze all campaigns to drive sales

Key Responsibilities:

CONTENT CREATOR: Copywriting Create engaging content, catchy subject lines, hooks that draw you in as well as researching facts (i.e. scientific backing on content) and market research. Basic Design Proficient in basic design skills and photo editing to create graphics for the following platforms: Instagram, Instagram Stories, Facebook, Facebook stories, Facebook Advertisements, Email campaigns, and blogs Design images or videos to enhance the appeal and visual aid

CONTENT STRATEGY Set Goals with Supervisor for each quarter Create, plan, and strategize the Dignity Marketing Calendar of engaging and relevant topics or themes, researching facts (i.e. scientific backing on content), market research, and Google Analytic trends. Main Platforms: Instagram, Instagram Stories, Facebook, Facebook stories, Facebook Advertisements, Email campaigns, and Blogs Occasional work in Pinterest, Twitter, and on the Dignity website. Plan and execute all SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT (Average 4-8 per month) Brainstorm topics and strategic opportunities to engage with the audience Plan images to be visually appealing and on-brand Plan click-thru strategies for Facebook Research SEO to expand reach (i.e. hashtags or keywords) Create and embed links that can track sale conversions. Manage and analyze “insights” (social stats) and engagement trends Plan and execute all EMAIL CAMPAIGNS (Average 2-4 per month) Brainstorm topics and strategic opportunities to engage with email subscribers or convert to sales. Plan and prep content that is visually appealing and on-brand Plan click-thru strategies for Email campaigns Maximize SEO through subject line testing and A/B testing other elements in order to increase engagement. Create and embed links that can track sale conversions. Manage and analyze email market trends and email results Based on your findings, make adjustments to apply to the next campaign or quarter Plan and execute all BLOGS (Average two per month) Brainstorm topics and strategic opportunities for blog content that can be used as a home base for email and social campaigns. Plan and prep content that is visually appealing and on-brand Strategize a header image that will be captivating for social campaigns and the website Maximize SEO through metadata, keywords, URL slug, H1 tags, and page description subject line testing, A/B testing other elements in order to increase engagement, and embed tracking to track results. Manage and analyze web traffic analytics Beyond public materials, plan and strategize creative solutions to achieve our goals! (What else needs to happen?) This could include: Influencer strategy, Giveaways, Webinars, Promo Sale, Digital Ad strategy, New video or images, New blog

Qualities: Creative communicator. Likes speaking in metaphors, storytelling, and writes with emotions. Good listener. Can understand the customer, their context, and how to create messages that will relate to them. Direct Communication. Able to communicate in direct, American-style with ease and take on the voice of Dignity Coconuts. Excellent people skills and kind, direct tone when communicating with customers or social media audiences Quick to learn and adaptable. Skills: High Fluency in written English. Organized. High level of general computer skills (no coding or programming).

Experience: Extensive experience with email marketing, managing a brand on social media platforms, and writing compelling copy.

Team Environment: Be able to handle the primary manager being at a distance while respecting the authority of Dignity Philippines leadership. This role will have a lot of autonomy, yet needs to be a team player.

Work Environment: The role assumes a high degree of self-motivation and responsibility. This includes a varied schedule enabling the work to be completed as necessary. The US is 14 hours behind the Philippines from mid-November through Mid-March and 13 hours behind during March to November. Therefore workflow expectations include: Commute to the Dignity Makati office 2+ days/week for team unity; Work will include early morning and/or late evening internet calls with US customers and team members. As these are outside Dignity Makati office hours, these will be done at home or in another “workspace”; Generally, this role will check in with the Dignity US President Monday to Friday in the mid-evening Philippines time. This role is expected to make short check-ins on emails and messages each early morning and evening; In summary, this is a full-time position. While the hours will not exceed 40-50 per week, they are spread across a mix of Philippines’ team hours, and US customer and US team hours that stretch from morning to evening - with unusual flexibility based on responsibility.

Training: Training will be conducted by Dignity US President, who lives in US Central Time, therefore the first month will require training sessions either between 8pm and 10pm (M-F) or 5am and 7am (Tue-Sat) Philippine time based on the Marketing Coordinator’s preference.
