HAS EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING CLAIMS AND BENEFITS OF HEALTH INSURANCE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary:

• Ensures all claims for patient visits, diagnoses and medical procedures are submitted to insurance companies, patients and other payers.
• Accurately and timely post insurance payments, calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary and follow up claim denials
• Generate aging report, analyze and work on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe. -Prepares documents requested by insurance companies in conjuction with claims or preparing documents to be sent out for appeals purposes
• Answer all patient or insurance inquiries pertaining to assigned accounts.

NOTE:

• Successful applicant will be part of the Finance department, responsible for handling accounts Receivables
• Must be willing to work during EST time zone (graveyard shift) 8PM – 5AM (FULLTIME)
• starting salary 25k plus up to 2k internet allowance
• WITH EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING CLAIMS AND BENEFITS OF HEALTH INSURANCE
• with SL/VL and 13TH MONTH PAY
• with HMO after a year
