Job Responsibilities: Respond to emails Maintaining appointment schedules and calendar. Manage a contact list Transcribing /Taking notes during the meeting. Create presentations, as assigned. Address employees administrative queries Maximizing the executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating phone calls on their behalf. Update the company website and social media accounts. End to end recruitment process Other executive admin responsibilities as needed.
