Assistant Launch is hiring a Sales and Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for going through the client’s previous customer contacts and managing an effective system for getting in touch with them using various channels.
The candidate must have the eagerness and determination to succeed in a sales, lead generation and customer service role by being open to learning, with high level of integrity and good understanding of technology. He/she must have excellent spoken and written communication skills.
An exciting compensation and bonus plan awaits the successful candidate as salary will be per hour plus percentage of revenue generated will be given.
Type: Full time (40 hrs/week), 100% work from home Shift: TBD (depends on your client location) Rate: $5 - $9/hr (depending on experience) + commission
Responsibilities:
- Establish and reconnect with previous customers whom the client has serviced in the past via the established channels (email, text and phone calls). These are warm customers.
- Comfortable with using systems and technology such as CRM software, databases, and the like
- Re-build and cultivate relationships by initiating communications and conduct follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Assess the results of the lead generation activities
- Manage data for customers in existing database/CRM of client, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached, as well as reporting and follow-up activities meet the organization requirements.
- Prepare and analyze reports and dashboards as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Technical Experience:
- Proficient in MS Office products, Google Workspace applications and various communication channels
- Experience with using CRM Software preferred
