Homefi is hiring Chat and Email Support! Responsibilities:

  • Respond to messages via various internal customer relationship management tools(Apps, website chats)
  • Express understanding, patience and empathy while working with the customer.

Requirements:

  • Experience in using Zendesk.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule;able to work evenings and weekends.
  • Must have reliable internet service provider.
  • Must be willing to train and learn new ideas, concepta and work style.
  • Must be a team player. Type of Work: Remote/Work from home
