Looking for an agent for non-voice customer support using a ticketing system
Hi, we are looking to hire an agent for non-voice customer support using a ticketing system. We need someone with experience on ticketing system. If you have experience please follow the instructions/answer the questions below.
Edit: this is full time, night shift, compensation can be discussed during the interview.
System requirements: preferably I5 but I3 will do. At least 5mbps internet connection.
