Desk Assist Worldwide Inc. is looking for experienced Virtual Assistants for remote employment to support our Real Estate Campaign in the United States. Important! Kindly take the time to read and understand the specifics below.
Role: Inside Sales Associate / Appointment Setter (Part-Time / Full Time)
Schedule: Graveyard Shift (Schedule will depend on client’s optimal needs)
Salary: Minimum of $4.00 per hour once in production
Paid training of $3.00 per hour - Will be included on your first production pay
Commission Based - No
Bonuses and Incentives - Depends on the client
Job Description: Sets appointments for our Real Estate Clients via outbound cold calling.
Pre-qualify Client leads and ensure quality leads are harvested from the system.
Prospect potential property buyers or sellers and convinces them to sit down and meet with your client.
Harvests lead from different portals and social media platforms.
Updates and keeps track of all lead information in the clients’ database
Perform follow-up calls with leads.
Qualifications: At least 6 months of experience within the BPO industry (Preferably from Sales campaigns but not a requirement)
Must be a Filipino citizen & currently residing in the Philippines.
Has strong work ethics, independent self-starter and can adapt to change quickly.
MUST have an excellent command of the English language. Both in written & verbal.
MUST be available to work PART-TIME to FULL TIME on a GRAVEYARD SHIFT
Reads & comprehends instructions well.
NO Power Outage Issues
System Requirements: Has a fully functioning laptop or PC with at least 4GB RAM and is running on i3 Processor or higher.
Has a USB headset with Noise Cancellation feature. (No earphones or earbuds)
A working webcam.
Internet connection of at least 5mbps total speed. (Preferably wired connection)
Required Backup internet connection with the same speed or higher.
