Hello. My account got limited in Paypal. I just try to link Gcash Mastercard, after a few minutes my account got limited.
I try to upload passport but I also need to provide proof of address and I don't have utility bill that reflects my name and I also dont have a driver's license.
What else can I use as proof of address? Thank you.

Once you submit the proof of your address and call support hotline, then after 3 working days, they will remove the limitations in your paypal account.
