Pros : Easy to teach materials, Very good tutor support, flexible working hours, kind students, on-time payment, lots of incentives, tutor gatherings
Con: once a month payment
pros:
- nice/professional and students
- no inhumane deductions long as your absences are due to force majeure
- Long as you have loyal students, your slots WILL get booked.
- pays on time all the time.
- good materials
con: 1: pay is LOW. Atleast for the first few months on basic pay if you fail to get the incentives. 2. Tutor support is SLOW to reply if not totally non-responsive. 3. Management is too student-leaning No negotiation on incident reports.
Been in a couple of online esp companies, Rj is one of the best in many regards.
