Job Description:
- Attracting, shortlisting, selecting and appointing the right candidates
- Actively involved in the recruitment
- Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts in the right platform, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
- Workforce planning
Qualifications:
- Can work from 9 AM - 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday (40 hrs/week).
- Must have a working laptop/PC, stable internet connection and a good back up computer and internet.
- Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in Google applications such as Drive, Document and Spreadsheet is an advantage.

We offer long-term employment and an opportunity for growth for qualified candidates. Starting rate is $80/week with an increase of 10% upon successfully completing the training and a steady 10% increase on a consistent basis as you continue growing with us.
To qualify, you will do a series of tests and may take you 4 to 6 hours to finish.
