Looking for customer service representatives for phone calls, emails and live chat
We are still looking for project-based Customer Service Representatives who will handle inbound/outbound phone calls, e-mails and live chat inquiries for one of the fastest-growing drone and RC toy company in the United States.
Position: Project-Based Full-Time Customer Service Representative (3 months contract)
Work schedule: 10 PM to 7 AM (Monday to Friday)
Qualifications: At least High School Graduate 2+ years of customer service experience Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Honest & trustworthy Capable of working in a fast-paced environment Can adapt to various situations prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously Can type 40wpm Can work w/ minimal supervision Residing within Metro Manila or nearby areas (has no issues doing meet-ups at least twice per quarter or if needed)
Job Description: Troubleshooting product issues Processing warranty claims Providing outstanding customer service
System Requirements: Owns a laptop or desktop (at least 8GB RAM) Stable Internet connection w/ speed of at least 5mbps Quiet Background for Inbound Phone Calls Skype account for assessments, interview & meetings once hired
