Sa mga SEO VA dito, nung ba nag start kayo(walang experience as in 0) magkano ba starting salary niyo? May nag offer kasi $250 a month but with increase depende sa performance mo in 3 months time. 40hrs a week expected nila from me pero ako na bahala sa time ko basta everyday may 8hrs ako na log. Di ba ako lugi nito mga ka va?

Ok na yan, ganyan din ako nagsimula Words lng ang alam ko. As long as sila magprovide ng trainings mo. At hindi ka magcacash out sa trainings at application na gagamitin mo.
SEO is a specialized skill. It takes months to see the results. Even if you're just a beginner, 250 USD is too low. That's for basic data entry jobs.
Negotiate to make it 400usd at least. That's the part time rate of SEO specialists. Good luck!
Ok na yan for starters pra may exp kana but only if the work is something that fits the salary. If ano na agree nyo na trabaho yun lng trabaho mo. Usually kasi sa iba pag nag simula kana bigla nlng dadami trabaho mo tapos ganon parin sweldo mo. Make it clear first. Then later on if wants to add more work then ask for a raise.. Pero if alam mong mababa ito for your skills and knowledge then negotiate.
