We run a growing eCommerce brand and we are looking for a top-notch customer service representative to join our team!

What we're looking for:

  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Inclined to learn and improve with training

You will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer emails and tickets with Gorgias
  • Handling customer live chat inquiries
  • Handling customer inquiries over the phone
  • Social Media Moderation

We're looking for individuals with impressive English speaking skills, and most importantly, have a very enthusiastic and passionate personality. We're looking for an individual who likes to take initiative and has an exceptionally strong eye for details.

Requirements:

  • Prior knowledge of Gorgias and Shopify (or the ability to learn quickly)
  • Strong internet connection (Main) -Back-up internet connection
  • Desktop or Laptop
