Hi! Does anyone here know why Is it pending? I can't transfer the money to GCash from PayPal. Is there something I need to do or the sender? Please help? TIA!

Is it your first time receiving money on Paypal? Because if it is, they usually put the money on hold for 21 days.
You are under probationary. Please tell your client to open paypal using his/her browser and click confirm. It's just one click away teach. Don't worry.
You can ask the money sender to confirm it on their end. Paypal now has some requirements when you are a new user. I have experienced the same thing.
