$2/25-minute class, Learntalk looking for part-time home-based Filipino teachers

Hi,

We are Learntalk (https://learntalk.org/en/about-us), a startup ESL company based in Hong Kong and the Philippines and we’re looking for part-time home-based Filipino teachers.

DETAILS:

Video lessons

Rate: 2 USD/25-minute class or 4 USD/hour (100PHP/25-minute class or 200PHP/hour - depends on exchange rates of the USD to PHP), you will get your payments in USD

Currency: US dollars

Mode of Payment: PayPal

Payout Dates: Every 15th and end of the month

Materials: We have our own curriculum and lesson materials.

Classes: Booking system

Students: Mostly business professionals from Spain, Italy and Portugal

Teaching Schedules: Flexi hours, at least 20 - 30 hours per week

Peak Times: 2:00 PM - 2:00 AM Manila Time

Platforms: Learntalk App, Skype and WebEx

REQUIREMENTS:

Equipment: laptop, desktop, noise cancelling headset, HD web camera

Internet: wired connection at least 5mbps download and 1 mbps upload speed

Teaching background: solid white with no distractions

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in any field. Undergrads are welcome if you are at C1 level in English.

18 years old and above

At least six months to a year of teaching experience

Teaching certificates preferred but not required

Adaptable, with a good attitude and a strong work ethic
