Job Responsibility: · Correct IELTS writing essays for Chinese students online and evaluate their performance based on set guidelines. · Conduct one-on-one essay corrections within the prescribed time. · Guarantee the quality of corrections and improve the quality. · Provide answers based on corrective feedback and ensure that the students understand each correction.

Job requirements: · Outstanding command of the English language. · Excellent writing proficiency - must be knowledgeable about formal writing, and grammatical rules · Proficient in the use of computers. · Patient and willing to improve and learn

Necessary equipment · Must have a computer or laptop (must perform well, preferably windows) · Good and stable connection (3mbps) with international computer network; must have a backup plan if there is no internet signal. · Power outages must be minimal or you must have a backup power source or a backup plan when you have no electricity

Preferable Qualifications

1. Preferably English/English Education/Communication major
2. Certifications for relevant teaching courses (TESOL) and English examinations (TOEFL, IELTS, CAE, etc.)
3. English as a Second Language (ESL) teaching experience.
4. Internet/Power backup plan.
