Question is: Is there a special tool that I can use for this and is finding 100 blogs who can accept guest post for 2 weeks? Is it doable po ba? 🤔🤔

You’ll have more success if your client has a budget for guest posting esp if the link is for a commercial business.
Serious bloggers (a.k.a the business savvy who know what they do) will ask for payment for sure. You’ll get more responses probably from bloggers who either don’t know what they are doing or with really bad blog metrics.
Frankly, for travel bloggers, I don't know. I did the same job (blogger outreach) for a client. His niche is online marketing. I had 85% success rate in placing guest posts and those were cold emails too.
Some tips: read at least one article on the blog, personalize your email, proofread (too many call me by another name or put a different blog in the email). Still, 100 blogs is a bit ambitious for 2 weeks.
