Does anyone know any ESL company that doesn't require a teaching experience? I'm currently working at a bpo company and planning to resign and work as a ESL teacher. By the way, I finished Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Physical Science. Thank you.

Many Korean-owned language schools in areas like in Ortigas, Pasig and Kalayaan area in QC (not that far from Claret School) kept on hiring English teachers regardless of your qualifications as long as you have excellent English skills. They even hire college undergrads! But never expect these Korean-owned schools to pay you P200/hr or more and that what sucks about most of them. That was my experience with them once upon a time.
If you want just the work experience, then stay with them for just a few years and live w/ their meager pay for the meantime.
