$500 per month - We are urgently looking for an Asset Management Specialist

2020 has been a rough year but great things are just right around the corner 😉

We are urgently looking for an Asset Management Specialist (100% HOMEBASED) who will be responsible for curating, organizing, cataloging, and managing digital and print assets such as but not limited to Amazon listing assets, packaging artworks, social media images, and so on.

Salary: Up to $500 per month Working hours: 9am to 5pm EST (10pm to 6am Manila Time), Monday to Friday

Activities: • Manage creative assets, including sourcing files, uploading, and tagging listing images, and organizing promotional assets. • Receive, identify and ingest media assets into our digital asset management platforms. • Serve as liaison between Ops, and cross-functional departments to source, manage, and distribute content for marketing/promotional use. • Communicate with cross-functional teams regarding updates on media delivery timelines and specs. • Continually look to improve our delivery accuracy with a keen eye for optimization.

Requirements: • MUST have at least 1 year of similar experience • MUST be familiar with OneDrive, DropBox and Monday.com • Planning and Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks • Good attention to details • Time management • Good written and verbal communications skills
