To those applicants asking for employers to message you, I feel like I need to advise you right away that it's not how it works when YOU are the ones looking for a job. You are basically asking them to seek you out as if they are the ones who owe you a position in their company.
It is an unprofessional attitude, a blatant show of disrespect to their authority. It is also an insult to those who actually make an effort to follow instructions and send requirements the proper way.
If you haven't found a job yet, do not be surprised at all if this is how you engage them.

Well said! It is really sad that some are not reading the instruction at all.
I hope lang na maliwanagan yung iba dito. Yung iba ang choosy pa, newbie pero namimili.🙄
pwede naman mag advise, wag mang' insulto.. well,. good for you when you've got that abilities.. di naman lahat newbies demanding.. yung iba nga kinukutya kesyo newbies accepting very low rates.
