$6-$8/ hour - Urgent Need Long-term Part-time Virtual Care Coordinator

Our state-of-the-art medical practice based in California is seeking an experienced and professional Part time Virtual Care Coordinator to join our growing team. The Virtual Care Coordinator will be supporting all tasks between scheduling and coordination of technical systems, finance, and clinical departments. Ensures that coupled tasks are aligned with each other and are performed in the project implementation order.

We are looking for an efficient Virtual Care Coordinator to manage the Patient Plan of Care/Continuation of Care, such as:

Patient Plan of Care / Continuation of Care

Updating/checking all forms and payments are up-to-date Credit cards Authorizations Follow-up appointments making sure all patients have a follow-up scheduled All referrals and orders have been sent MRI orders Blood test form or Online submission Referrals to outside physicians Referrals for other Kaizen Physicians Checking on status of referrals and orders Alerting the patients and physicians when results have been received Sending Clinical notes and reports to referring and/or PC physicians Facilitating communication with PCP and/or Referring physicians if necessary Submitting Insurance auth or setting up Insurance P2P appointments Submitting prior authorizations for medications (if needed) Alerting the physicians of failure to complete clinical notes Making sure all patients have AVS or know the next steps Updating chart Incoming clinical notes

New patient information/updated information

Reports and results Fulfilling all records requests (Subpoenas and personal) Reminder calls and emails for each appointment the day prior Making sure all calendars are up-to-date and matching
