Qualifications

• at least 23 years old and above

• with good communication skills ( American Accent like )
• College graduate ( for the meantime we accept undergraduates but must present a teaching certificate like TESOL or TEFL)
• with teaching experience ( online ) for at least 1 year
• who can teach during peak hours (6pm-11pm) and on weekends
• can work more than 4 hours a day and 5 days in a week
• can start as soon as possible

Requirements:

• Must have desktop/laptop with core i3, i5 up the processor and 4gb ram or higher

-Broadband/DSL/Fiber connection

-3 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload

• Headset with noise-cancelling feature

• Webcam with at least 720p resolution

Rate:

-100 pesos per hour up to 180 ( will increase after 15 days or if you passed the probationary period, increase depends on your performances 120,130,140,150,160 up to 180)

Bonuses for new teachers:

1000 - open 9 hours a day (with classes or without class)

1200- open 5 hours during evening peak time hours (with classes or without)

1200- open 13 hours during weekends (with classes or without)

1000- internet subsidy if you reach 400 classes in a month

and other bonuses.
