Job Description:

• Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
• Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
• Contact references and perform background checks

Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions:

• Hire or refer qualified candidates
• Conduct new employee orientations
• Process paperwork

Minimum requirements:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Desktop/laptop (at least i3 Core, 4GB RAM)
• Working web cam
• Stable wired internet connection with a speed of at least 10 MBPS
• USB type Noise Canceling Headset
• Backup laptop/PC (also meets system requirements)
• Quiet home office
