We are a small marketing agency focused on delivering outstanding growth-focused ecommerce emails. We are searching for another amazing admin assistant to help with a variety of tasks relating to: • Setting up ecommerce emails (Klaviyo) • Sorting our project management system (Clickup) • Supporting current clients. • Researching potential clients. • Marketing to acquire clients. • General admin stuff (the glue that holds our company together).

Don’t worry if you do not have exact experience with any of the above, it’s more important that you describe yourself as having: • A good internet connection: you can take video calls without frequently worrying about the connection. • Amazing time management and organisation: You are meticulous with your work organisation, prioritize like a pro, an expert at taking notes and setting reminders, and if you make a mistake (as we all do); you understand how to change your method to prevent it from happening again. • Great computer skills: you are fast at completing tasks, use keyboard shortcuts to save time (ctrl+shift+v is a good one!), and most importantly you know how to Google (to troubleshoot) and research in a fast and accurate way. • Perfect English: you can understand my British accent, you can make small changes to the copywriting in our emails, and you are confident enough in your English to speak up on calls with our team and our clients.

To start, you’ll be doing a few hours of on-the-job trial tasks at $4 per hour.
