The Company:

All Inclusive Realty Group Inc is a Sacramento based Real Estate Company that mainly hands property management. Its been in service for almost 15 years and have been servicing over 150 properties, delivering great service and quality work to owner, tenants and clients. We believe in the following 3 pillars to implement: • Systems, structures and process • Clear communication and focus leverage work with team members • Cuddling the customers

The Position:

We are looking for a team lead that will be handling the accounting department which handles accounts payable and receivables. He/she will be responsible in maintaining the books of the company and handle the team. Training will be provided

Must possess the following criteria:

• Has at least 1-2 years’ experience as team lead • Must have at least 1-2-years’ experience in Real Estate Property management, preferably in handling tenant ledgers and owner statements. • Must be great in English writing and communication skills • Must be able to work well with others. • Must be open to feedback and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision • CPA is a plus but not required

He/she will be working with other staff members and your main goals is to make sure that the entire management team are organized and productive. Will be able to deliver results and keep a healthy working environment

Proficiency in these tools is a plus but not required:

• Propertyware • Microsoft 365 • Microsoft Teams • Microsoft outlook

Must have the following home office setup: • At least 5MBPS internet speed • Has core I5 with 4gb of ram or similar specs • Has a noise cancelling headset • No noticeable background noise

Base pay would start at $5 per hour and will have a chance to increase based on performance. Working hours would be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST this will be 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PH time.
