My client, Jeff McCann is a Real Estate Broker and has a land listing that needs an illustration of what can be used as an artist's rendition of a possible building plan on-site. We just want a concept that looks somewhat realistic for the site. The budget is $200.

Requirements: Should have good communication skills. This is important as the client is US-based Can deliver the output within the next 1-2 weeks Illustrator or SketchUp master

This rate is project-based.
