Any other freelancing platforms aside from Upwork?

Hi guys, I just started freelancing 2 weeks ago. Currently still on my office job (just wait for me to offer my full-time client maybe). Just want to ask two things.

I'm currently using SkyCable as internet, what other ISP is good to backup (or main, then Sky is back-up)? The thing is that almost always they do not co-host.

Any suggest on other good platforms aside from Upwork?
