Description/Information: APG Properties a top-notch property management company in Anaheim, California is now hiring for REMOTE LEASING AGENT. Work from the comfort and convenience of your home.

Below are the Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities for this position: • Complete applications and new resident files including credit checks, and employer/landlord verifications. • Responsible for answering leasing calls and emails and scheduling property viewing appointments through Rently. • Responsible for working and filing the Move In and Move Out Form submitted by the tenants. Leasing Agent to liaise with the Maintenance Team to work on possible maintenance issues. • Assist in taking inbound calls received from the mainline to answer customer inquiries. • To work on received scanned mails from insurance documents, vendor invoices, and tenant correspondence. • To assist in doing the property Safety Inspections which are done on a yearly basis. • Responsible in doing writing articles to help the Marketing Team with posting content. • To provide assistance to ad-hoc tasks assigned by any APG Manager.
