MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum 2-3 Years work experience in Corporate Job
  2. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Time Management, Organizational Skills, Ability to Multi-Task
  3. Strong Ability to Follow Directions, Follow Up Skills, Attention to Details, Focused, Reliable, Self-Starter, Team-Oriented, Ability to Work Independently, Think Critically, and Take Initiative.
  4. Software Experience with Graphic Design, Microsoft Outlook, Word-Processing software, and Excel spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  5. Software Knowledge of Online Calendars and Scheduling (i.e. Google Calendar) or Calendly/Acuity, Zoom, and CRM System Data Entry Experience.

Assistant Business Office Manager for our Philippines Administrative Operations Team

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Email Organization Management for CEO & Admin Team
  2. Team Calendar Management & Scheduling Meetings
  3. Report to Philippines Team and CEO on Projects Assigned
  4. Prepare and Automate Emails as Instructed by CEO; Prepare and Create Marketing Brochures, Flyers, Letterheads, etc
  5. Update Internal Worksheets as Instructed by CEO
  6. Prepare & Send Client Training Videos, Instruction Emails, etc
  7. Prepare Follow Up Emails, Obtain Supporting Documentation, & Store Supporting Documentation in Cloud Based Archive
  8. Relay Communication and Announcements on behalf of Team and CEO
  9. Correspond with Corporate Office Mail Center to Check Mail; Arrange Drop Offs, Pickup, and In-Person Signing
  10. Provide Admin Support and to Collaborate and Follow Up with Philippines & India Team Communication
