Weʼre a fast-growing, Texas-based company specializing in the design and manufacture of fun e-bikes. We are looking for Customer Service Specialists to join our team. We need someone who can spontaneously communicate and provide a delightful experience for our customers. Your job is to make sure they enjoy a satisfying outdoor journey with their new e-bike.
What you have that will help: • At least 5 years of experience in customer support (phone, email, and/or social media) • Zendesk experience • Preferably worked as Tech Support Tier 1 or 2, phone sales, or a customer retention role • Ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks at any given time. • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
What you will do: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries – generally product support • Assist with placement of orders, cancels, refunds, or exchanges • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints • Recommend potential products or services to the customer by analyzing their needs • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing team targets
