We are looking for an Email and Chat Support! We are an Australian-based eCommerce company. Our entire team is remote and we are growing exponentially!

Position: CSR - Email and Chat Support Fixed Monthly Rate: USD $850/mo (Approximately that's $5.00/hr) for the first year, then $1000/mo after a year Commission Based only?: No Hours per week: 42 hrs/week Remote?: Yes Company name: Australian Beach Brand Shift: In rotation (can be daytime, can be night time, can include weekends). Target Start Date: 3rd week of September -- so expect a quick turnaround!

Position Requirement: • Experience in providing outstanding customer service through email and chat. • Experience in using Shopify • Experience in using FrontApp or similar tools • Excellent English communication skills • Tech-savvy • Ability to handle confidential information • Have regular access to a high-speed, stable internet connection

Responsibilities: • Provide quality customer support via email and chat • Ability to address concerns related to billing, order status, refunds, cancellations, replacements, inquiry, and others • Liaise between customers, management, and team members • Work well with a team • Other administrative tasks, as needed

Preferences (not required) • Experience in eCommerce • Experience working with Australian clients
