JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Reinforces daily activity management of Financial Advisors
• Recruit, lead and manage group of Financial Advisors and to empower and leads them to achieve day to day and month to month targets.
• Ensures that the team has activities that will drive the sales and achieve quotas.
• Regularly monitors team KPI and performance

• Sales expert with proven sales and marketing record
• People developer who have produced performers in their careers
• Innovative leaders who ensure that sales drives and programs are reinforced
• Believer of the nobility of the insurance industry
• Strong motivators and influencers of performance

• Experienced in the Banking, Insurance, Finance, Business Development, Real Estate and other sales industries
