We're looking to hire EA TO THE CEO for Direct Hire and Long - Term.

SKILLS & WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

What We Need We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO with Advanced/Excellent English (written and verbal) to work remotely.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Communicates primarily via e-mail and Asana to various stakeholders
  • Organizes & leads projects using Asana software
  • Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings, attending and taking notes for all meetings
  • Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings
  • Edits and completes first drafts for written communications to external stakeholders
  • Coordinates the CEO’s travel schedule
  • Creates training materials and provides support during the onboarding process
  • Provides support during meetings with executive staff; must exercise high-discretion and confidentiality
  • Manages special projects, as needed
  • Communicates with media, influencers, etc. on behalf of the CEO
  • Manage/organize my emails via delegation; read, reply and prioritize my emails
  • Organize/dedup files in Dropbox and elsewhere
  • On and Offboarding employees - including managing
  • Scheduling routine meetings with all vendors and transcribing notes and converting them into Asana tasks
  • Ideas will come in the form of an email and/or email chain.
