★ MISSIONS: Provide administrative support to client Read, find and extract project information (including photos, property details, description) from various data sources that will be supplied to you including websites and electronic documents. Using the extracted information above, publish project information in an agreed layout and format on the client's website and real estate listings. Easy-to-use templates and step-by-step directions will be supplied.

★ SUPERPOWERS Experience in real estate or property listings Knowledge in Squarespace Knowledge in Real Estate property terminologies and abbreviations Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Highly proactive and time-efficient Excellent data handling skills Can work with minimal supervision Have regular access to a high-speed, stable internet connection (10 mbps or up) Have a noise-canceling headset or work area with no background noise

★ ADDITIONAL POINTS Experience in the Virtual Assisting Industry is a plus! Experience in the Property and Real Estate Industry is a plus! Experience working with Australian Clients is a plus!
