Our company, Bentley Properties, a real estate company located in Bellevue, Washington State is looking for experienced Full-Time Inside Sales Agent to become part of its amazing family.

Job Description: Calling Real Estate leads (Buyers and Sellers) Managing leads file and CRM Sending and answering text and emails Our leads are classified as warm leads . So as an ISA you are to follow-up a call to each Real Estate leads using the Universal Call Back Script in order to determine the timing and motivation of each buyers/sellers. Salary is $6/hour via TransferWise Guaranteed bonus for every closed transaction ($500 seller / $250 buyer) Contract and Paid Holidays

Applicants MUST: HAVE 1 year or more experience as Inside Sales Agent in a Real Estate company. HAVE Stable internet connection with back-up (minimum of 15mbps) HAVE A good, working and dependable laptop/desktop and a back-up NO recurring power outages in the area NO reliability issue BE honest, trustworthy, and a team player
