• Confident in delivery of scripts.
• Ownership of each call.
• No attendance issues

• Laptop/desktop with at least 4GB RAM and i3 processor
• Stable internet connection of at least 10mbps
• Private and Quiet Work Environment
• Backup internet connection and power source
• USB headset with noise cancellation feature
