Position: Customer Service Representative CSR Tools and Software: Yardi, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams Time Zone: PST Shift: Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create company systems or workflows
• Make sure projects and tasks are complete
• Act as the initial point of contact for customers
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and chats while providing excellent customer service
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Escalate queries and concerns, if needed
• Answer incoming customer inquiries regarding issues, service questions, and other client concerns with empathy, creativity, and efficiency.
• Data entry and other administrative tasks
• Communicate with the operations team to create a work order

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in the said field
• Knowledge of the tools stated above
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Discretion and confidentiality
