WE ARE HIRING! Work Remotely: Yes JOB ROLE: SHIPPING VIRTUAL ASSISTANT | LONG TERM Company: BrightDrop Virtual Assistants Work Hours and Schedule: 40 hrs/week, 9am-5pm EST Mon-Friday, Fixed weekends off Work Duration: Full-time Rate or Salary range: 30,000 PHP/month Commission Based only? No

** MUST HAVE A SHIPPING EXPERIENCE TO UNDERSTAND, TROUBLESHOOT AND RESOLVE ISSUES between Pick-up, Transit and Delivery.**

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Troubleshoot/resolve issues between Delivery, Pick-up and Transit
  2. Scheduling Pick-up
  3. Resolving issues such as: • No freight • Shipment was not given/ready • Rescheduling • Dry run Fees • Lost in Transit • Improper documents • Carrier cannot find the shipment • Misloaded (This includes misloaded to a different truck going to a different state) • Delayed in transit • Shipping upgrade like white glove, threshold etc. • Reconsignment / Reroute • Refused Delivery • Freight was damaged upon arrival1. Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.

REQUIREMENTS NEEDED:

  1. A quiet office environment for taking and placing calls. Must not hear kids, pets, or other noises in the background.
  2. Must have a laptop or desktop computer with sufficient Ram, processor, and direct connection
  3. Stable and reliable internet connection.
